Website/Community

Project Description

In Fall 2002 we were approached and asked to submit a proposal to the North Saskatchewan Junior Hockey League (NSJHL) to create a brand new website for them.  What started off as a small website with league information, team information and updated weekly statistics blossomed into a full fledged league website.  The website contained a "community forum" where fans and players could discuss games and NSJHL details, top 10 statistics and much more.  This website also spawned the creation of our HockeyStats php software which allowed us to update all the statistics, scores, and all team websites in the network just by entering the game sheet that night, a feat done way before it's time.

In 2006 they merged with the SSJHL to create the Prairie Junior Hockey League (PJHL) and went with a highly automated solution dedicated to hockey statistics, eSportsDeskPro.  With the merger of the leagues into the PJHL and them using the dedicated statistic solution we developed in cooperation with eSportsDeskPro an API interface allowing teams to create their own websites with the eSportsDesk information.
